SOUNDBITE (English) Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool manager:
Reporter: 'Do you ever allow yourself to dream what it would be like to win this competition?'
Answer: "No."
Reporter: 'Really?'
Answer: "No, really."
Reporter: 'You never once thought, 'Imagine if I won the Champions League?'
Answer: "No, no."
Reporter: 'Why? You must enter every competition wanting to win it?'
"No, I'm too busy... Listen, it's a wonderful tournament and we've all watched it over the years and none more so than Liverpool in Istanbul was an incredible evening. So listen, for us, domestically we had a big job to do in the last couple of years and we'll continue to focus on that. And obviously our work in the last couple of years has brought us back into the Champions League, which is the tournament for the leading clubs in the European football. We are glad to be in it. We've got off to a good start in the group stage and as I said we are going into a game tomorrow night which should be a very tough game. So the focus for us is very much on the next game, and certainly as a coach I can never get to carried away. It's nice to dream but I very much need to focus on the next game."
