It hasn't been a great week for Benzema. During the last match against Elche, the striker he had to leave the field injured in the 58th minute. On the first half he missed his first penalty as part of Real Madrid, and after the game he found out that he had once again somebody broke into and robbed his home, according to Spanish media outlet 20 minutos.

According to the report, the thieves broke into the house through the garden, located in a luxury home complex in San Sebastián de los Reyes, at a time when the house was empty.

Benzema has previously been a victim of robbery at his home, and again, it happened during a game when the Frenchman was completely unavailable. The first time it happened was in February 2019 when Karim and his team went against Barcelona. At the moment the details of the items taken by the assailants are unknown.
