Karim Benzema's shows off his car collection
The striker gave fans a view of his super cars on his YouTube channel

Not many footballers openly share what cars they own, but Karim Benzema is not like many footballers as he showed off his car collection on his own YouTube channel.
The passion that Real Madrid's No.9 has for cars is clear to see, with his impressive range including a Bugatti Chiron, Veyron Pur Sang, McLaren-Mercedes SLR, Mercedes G65 AMG, Audi RS 4, RS 6 and RS Q8.
Benzema also shared that his first car was a Mini Cooper S in black, which he bought off his friend.
After signing his first professional contract with Lyon on his 18th birthday, he bought a BMW M6 507 CV.
Bugatti Chiron: 1,500 horsepower, 2.4 million euros
Benzema considers the Chiron as one of his most valuable pieces and not only because it cost him 2.4 million euros but because it is only 1of 500 produced.
The striker also said that it is the fastest car he has ever owned. It has 1,500 horsepower and can get up to 420 km/h.
Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang: One of five in the world
With a price of 1.4 million euros, it comes as no surprise that Benzema considers his Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang as his most important car.
The car stands out for its two-tone body of polished aluminium and black carbon fibre. Benzema said in the clip that there are only two available to buy of the five and that its value has rocketed.
Ferrari: His favourite brand
Although Benzema did not reveal which Ferrari model he owns, he does mention that the Italian brand is the one that stood out to him from his childhood, when his passion for cars was born.
On the Real Madrid striker's Instagram he can be seen driving a 488 Pista, a 488 Spider and a GTC4 Lusso.
Mercedes G65 AMG: For everyday use
The Mercedes G-Class is popular among celebrities because of its shape and rather inconspicuous design, when compared to super cars.
The G65 AMG has 612 horsepower and is an off-roader with an explosive V12 engine.
Audi RS 4: 'Just' 80,000 euros
This Audi is one of the oldest in Benzema's garage. Audi's sponsorship of Real Madrid has allowed players to enjoy different models, although the RS 4 has been one of the few that has remained in his collection over the years.
Benzema's model is second generation (2006). At that time, it was equipped with 420 horsepower and a V8 engine and its price starts at 82,000 euros.
Mercedes SLR McLaren: A collector's sports car
This collaboration between Mercedes and McLaren has been popular among many celebrities with Fernando Alonso, Michael Jordan, Donald Trump, Beyonce and Rihanna all having it in their collection.
It cost half a million euros. It has a spectacular design, a powerful 5.4 V8 engine with 626 horsepower and carbon fiber chassis.
Audi RS 6: Benzema's practical car
Lastly in the video, Benzema says that the RS 6 is his ideal car for day to day, the current version (2020) has 600 horsepower and costs over 140,000 euros.
This Audi version is explosive in terms of performance, with speeds up to 300 km/h, taking just 3.6 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h.
