Real Madrid had been monitoring Eduardo Camavinga for three years before sgning him this week, according to Marca.

Camavinga initially appeared on Madrid's radar after shining for Rennes in a youth tournament in 2018.

The 18-year-old joined Madrid this week from Rennes in a €40 million (£34m/$47m) move.
