Suso's wife thwarts robbers while her husband was in Cologne for Europa League final

Two trespassers at Suso's home in Seville were caught by security cameras while the Spaniard was in Cologne for the Europa League final.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, as Suso was celebrating Sevilla's Europa League triumph in Germany, two men dressed in black tried to break into his property.

Suso's wife, Alicia, and their two young children were at home alone at the time.

It was the quick thinking of Alicia which stopped the two trespassers from entering the building.

When she realised what was happening, she turned on the lights at the front of the house and in the garden.

This surprised the trespassers, who probably thought no one was home, and they fled the property immediately.

MARCA were given access to the house's security cameras, which show the two figures in black running towards and away from the house in the space of a few seconds.

In 2019, Joaquin Sanchez, William Carvalho and Javier Hernandez were all victims of house robberies in Seville.
