Ronaldinho has been accused of breaching his house arrest after partying with models.

It comes as the 40-year-old awaits his court date at the four-star Palmaroga Hotel in Asuncion, where he has been staying since April.

The Brazil legend is under house arrest until his court hearing on August 24.

According to Paraguayan publication HOY, Ronaldinho has broken the terms of his arrest by hosting parties.

At the gatherings. models have been supplied with drinks and gifts as presents.

A source said: "I think they are models because they all have the looks.

"Those who are known enter directly into the car park, whereas those who are unknown get out in front of the hotel and then a car picks them up."

The ex- Barcelona ace famously was put behind bars in March after entering Paraguay with fake passports.

As well as Ronaldinho, his brother Roberto de Assis Moreira was also arrested on the same charge.

The Samba star spent his 40th birthday in prison, though he manage to celebrate in nick with a huge barbecue.

However, after 32 days in prison, the one-time Ballon d’Or winner was released and put under house arrest.

But this was done under strict terms as he was put up in a luxurious hotel.

Speaking back in June, Ronaldinho offered an update on his time in house arrest at a hotel.

"Here at the Palmaroga Hotel we have an excellent treatment," he told Mundo Deportivo.

"We have everything well ordered, we are very calm and they do anything to pass it in the most pleasant way possible.

"It has been sixty long days. People in their homes must imagine what it must be like not being able to do what you are used to.

"I think that is something that will remain forever in all of us after living this complicated experience.

"I hope that soon everything will return to normal and we can return to our homes. Hopefully everything will be as before."
