Barcelona now have to agree deals with Inter Milan and Juventus to secure the two signings.

Barcelona have agreed personal terms with two transfer targets but need to raise money to fund the deals, according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague. Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez and Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic both have agreements with Barcelona. However, Barca are not currently in a position to agree deals with the respective clubs.

The La Liga giants want to either raise funds by selling members of their first-team squad or use players as part-exchange to sign either Martinez or Pjanic.

Balague says only Lionel Messi, goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen and midfielder Frenkie de Jong are not for sale.

"Everybody is for sale at Barcelona, I've said that here," Balague said on his YouTube channel.

"Apart from De Jong, Ter Stegen, Messi, everybody else is for sale at Barcelona.

"That is because they need to recoup €70m by the end of the season and that will be hard.

"And they need to also, as they don't have cash, get some of the players to go as part of the deals that they have in place.

"Deals that they have in place - Lautaro Martinez, personal terms agreed with Barcelona.

"Pjanic, personal terms agreed with Barcelona.

"But now they have to convince Inter and they have to convince Juventus.

"So, it's not finished, but those are the two they're going for.

"If they can use some other players like [Samuel] Umtiti, like Arthur, but Arthur doesn't want to go anywhere.

"Juventus would take Arthur instead of Pjanic in a swap and maybe something else but Arthur doesn't want to leave Barcelona right now.

"[Ivan] Rakitic is for sale, they're just trying to put those players, Semedo as well, as part of those deals."

Barca have also been linked with re-signing Neymar three years after he left for Paris Saint-Germain.

But Balague says a deal is looking increasingly unlikely this year.

He added: "It's very, very difficult not to say impossible, that's what they're thinking at the moment, that's what they're telling me, that Neymar will cost so much money and the circumstances are not right for that transfer right now.

"PSG won't make it easy for Barcelona.

"Neymar will try to push a little bit but at the moment he's been very, very quiet.

"Things might change when we get to July and August but right now Barcelona don't feel they have the money to actually get Neymar."
