Real Madrid must sell before making any significant signings this summer.
Marca says Madrid are expected to offload at least five of their stars this summer as there will be a total of 37 players in their squad following the return of numerous loanees.
The hierarchy have made it clear that the club must sell before they buy as they anticipate a financial hit from the coronavirus pandemic.
Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez have long been linked with a transfer, with the pair desperate for a fresh start after a miserable few years at the Bernebeu while Lucas Vasquez and Mariano could also be on the move.
Bale has spent nearly seven years with the club, being paid £650,000-a-week wages, since joining for a then-world record fee of £86m from Tottenham in 2013.
Los Blancos are also willing to allow Luka Modric and Marcelo determine their own futures at the club this summer.
