LAUTARO MARTINEZ and his stunning Wag Agustina Gandolfo wore face masks as they took their dog for a walk in Milan.

The happy couple were snapped in a park on Saturday keeping their distance from others and taking the extra precautionary measures with the masks.

Both wore black tops and black shorts with trainers for their stroll in the Italian sunshine with the striker also opting for a baseball cap.

Martinez and Gandolfo have been in lockdown together during the coronavirus crisis.

Milan is in Lombardy, one of the areas worst-affected by Covid-19 with 13,106 deaths and more than 70,000 confirmed cases.

But there is no chance either of them will be piling on the pounds during the lockdown.

Between her sunbathing sessions, model Agustina shared videos of one of her workouts that she did while on a rooftop in Milan while her man Martinez also posted pictures of him exercising to his 3million Instagram followers.

The Argentine striker knows he cannot afford to be slacking during the season suspension.

That is because he is being linked with a massive transfer this summer.

Barcelona are very interested and look to be leading the race for his signature after he was dubbed the 'new Sergio Aguero' by Hernan Crespo.

The Catalan giants are in need of a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez and Martinez could well be that man.

The 22-year-old has a £97.5m buyout clause in his Inter Milan contract which runs until 2023 but football's financial crisis means Barca are being forced to tighten the purse strings.

One option that has been rumoured to lower the cost is for the Spaniards to offer the Italians Nelson Semedo and midfielder Carles Alena as part of the deal.

However, Premier League sides are looking at him, too.

Chelsea want to be in contention while Pep Guardiola sees him as Aguero's successor at Manchester City.

Inter, who are third in Serie A and nine points adrift of leaders Juventus with a game in hand, reportedly held talks with Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, possibly to fill the void left behind this summer.

Martinez scored 16 goals in 31 appearances, including 11 in 22 in the league, before the season was suspended.
