Bolton without Boon for Peterborough clash
Posted Thursday, March 12, 2020 by PA
Bottom of the table Bolton host promotion hopefuls Peterborough in Sky Bet League One without defender Jordan Boon.
Boon will not be selected after he left the club by mutual consent and joined Swedish club IFK Ostersund.
Kean Bryan and Josh Emmanuel started the 2-2 draw at Burton during the week and will look to remain in the starting 11 after replacing the injured pair of Jason Lowe and Daryl Murphy.
Bolton still remain without long-term absentee Liam Edwards due to a knee cap injury. Will Buckley will not be available because of a fractured tibia. Chris O’Grady is unlikely to feature short-term after he sustained an Achilles injury during the warm-up against AFC Wimbledon last Saturday.
Peterborough have a nearly fully fit squad to select from when they travel to the North West.
Frankie Kent again misses out for the Posh with a knee injury.
Nathan Thompson will not be available for selection due to a thigh problem.
Top goal scorer Ivan Toney, Mo Eisa and Siriki Dembele will be vying for the attacking positions this Saturday.
