Russell Martin has a clutch of senior stars pushing for a return to the MK Dons line-up for Saturday’s League One clash with Bolton.
The MK Dons boss has Baily Cargill, Kieran Agard and Hiram Boateng all in the selection mix ahead of hosting Wanderers.
Cargill, Agard and Boateng all featured in Tuesday’s 3-2 under-23s win over AFC Wimbledon.
All three senior players have not featured in the first team since the 3-0 loss to Newport County, but are now closing in on recalls.
Ali Crawford could be back for his first appearance since sustaining a knee injury in October.
The Scottish midfielder is back in full training and is likely to travel to Milton Keynes.
Ronan Darcy is expected to be fit after foot trouble, to add a further midfield boost to Wanderers.
Tottenham loanee Anthony Georgiou will miss out due to a knock.
