Danny Mayor is set to return for Plymouth as they host Crawley in Sky Bet League Two on Tuesday.
The midfielder was left out of the team by manager Ryan Lowe for his side’s 2-1 win at Stevenage, and was replaced by Josh Grant.
Dom Telford could also make a comeback, after missing the last four matches with a hamstring problem, with the 23-year-old having returned to full training last week.
Ryan Taylor (foot), Callum McFadzean (knee) and Will Aimson (pelvis) are set to remain sidelined.
New Crawley signing Tom McGill could be included in John Yems’ matchday squad for the trip to Home Park.
McGill joined the League Two side from Brighton on loan until the end of the season, and could be named on the bench.
Joe McNerney, who missed the last four matches, could return to the squad after featuring in the Sussex Senior Cup last week as part of his return to full fitness.
Yems has no fresh injury concerns to contend with.
