Lee Frecklington pressing for Lincoln return ahead of visit of Portsmouth

Lincoln manager Michael Appleton expects to have a relatively unchanged squad for the visit of Portsmouth.
Captain Lee Frecklington has been in training for a week after a long-term groin problem but may have to wait a while longer for his return.
Midfielder Michael Bostwick remains unavailable with a back injury.
Appleton is still hopeful of getting some players in, on loan or permanently, but that is more likely to be later in the week ahead of Friday’s deadline.
Portsmouth midfielder Andy Cannon is fit despite being substituted late on in Saturday’s FA Cup win over Barnsley.
Defender Lee Brown and midfielder Ross McCrorie could be back in the squad having both not featured since December.
Marcus Harness and Ellis Harrison are pushing for recalls, while Jack Whatmough could start his first league game in almost a year after coming through last week’s Leasing.com Trophy fixture unscathed.
Midfielder Bryn Morris (groin) remains absent.
