New signing Marc Bola is cup-tied for Blackpool’s FA Cup third-round replay against Reading.
The 22-year-old defender has rejoined the Seasiders on loan from Middlesbrough until the end of the season.
But Bola is not eligible to play in the tie and is expected to feature for the first time against Lincoln at the weekend.
Goalkeeper Jak Alnwick remains sidelined after undergoing surgery on an arm injury.
George Puscas could start for Reading after returning from injury in Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest.
The striker came off the bench for the last 30 minutes having missed six games with a shoulder issue.
Defender Andy Yiadom remains a doubt due to a knee injury.
Forward Sone Aluko, who is back at the club following a loan spell at Beijing Renhe, could feature after illness ruled him out against the Reds.
