Both goals came from the penalty spot as Shrewsbury and Lincoln played out a 1-1 draw.
Ollie Norburn’s spot-kick gave the home side a half-time lead before Tyler Walker pulled Lincoln level early in the second half.
Walker fired an early 20-yard effort over the crossbar for the visitors and then his low shot was well kept out by Shrewsbury goalkeeper Max O’Leary.
The Shrews took the lead in the 36th minute as skipper Norburn confidently converted a penalty following a challenge on Ethan Ebanks-Landell.
Shrewsbury were close to adding to their advantage shortly before the interval when defender Ro-Shaun Williams headed just wide.
Lincoln equalised three minutes into the second half, Walker beating O’Leary from the spot after Jorge Grant was fouled by Omar Beckles.
O’Leary had to be alert to push a long-range drive from Grant onto the crossbar.
Jason Shackell then smashed an effort against the bar for Lincoln before Neal Eardley’s well-stuck shot was smartly saved by O’Leary.
