Managerless Macclesfield will be forced into a change in goal for their League Two clash with Oldham.
Owen Evans made himself a favourite at the club with his performances but he was recalled by parent club Wigan before being loaned to Macclesfield’s rivals Cheltenham.
Reice Charles-Cook, 25, is poised to make his first league appearance for the Silkmen having previously played three games in the Leasing.com Trophy.
Theo Vassell will hope to return as Macclesfield look to follow up their first win in 12 games against Cambridge last time out.
Carl Piergianni could make his debut for Oldham.
The defender has signed on loan from Salford, for whom he has made 17 appearances this season, for the rest of the campaign.
The Latics will check on fellow defender Tomas Egert, who has missed the last two matches after having stitches in a head wound sustained during the defeat by Salford.
Defender Jamie Stott (hamstring) remains absent while Chris Eagles and Florian Gonzales both had their contracts cancelled this week.
