Dundee United maintain their 14-point lead at the top of the Scottish Championship after a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Queen of the South.
United are now unbeaten in 11 fixtures, suffering their last loss in October when they were thrashed 4-0 by Allan Johnston’s Queens squad.
Mark Connolly was responsible for the only goal of the match as he headed home a Nicky Clark corner three minutes after the break to make the difference.
The result sees Queens stay sixth after they failed to produce an equaliser, they remain in a tie on 25 points with Dunfermline and Arbroath.
