Former international referee names his son 'Santiago Bernabeu'

Retired Argentinian referee Pablo Lunati has announced the birth of his son, who he has named Santiago Bernabeu.

Lunati refereed in the Primera Division in Argentina between 2004 and 2016 and was also an international referee between 2007 and 2012.

A public River Plate fan, Lunati claims to have chosen this name after the stadium in which his team beat Boca Juniors in the Copa Libertadores final in 2018.
