Birmingham unlikely to change much ahead of Wigan clash

Birmingham boss Pep Clotet will stress the need for calm ahead of his side’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Wigan.
Clotet is likely to name a similar line-up to the one that was edged out in a nine-goal thriller by Leeds on Sunday.
Jude Bellingham should keep his place in the line-up after impressing once again against Marcelo Bielsa’s men.
Clotet is anxious to bring back the likes of Jake Clarke-Salter (shoulder), Marc Roberts (ankle) and Maikel Kieftenbeld (knee) but the New Year’s Day clash is set to come too soon.
Rock-bottom Wigan saw their injury problems eased with the successful return to the starting line-up of Joe Williams for Sunday’s defeat at Nottingham Forest.
Despite a fine performance at the City Ground, the Latics once again found themselves on the end of a potentially costly defeat.
Boss Paul Cook has limited options to shuffle his starting line-up for the trip to St Andrew’s.
Charlie Mulgrew, Danny Fox and Kieffer Moore are all expected back early in 2020, but the Blues clash will come too soon.
