Joe Martin set for long-awaited Northampton return

Northampton full-back Joe Martin is in contention for a first league start in over three months.
The 31-year-old returned to action in the Leasing.com Trophy tie at Portsmouth last week but was an unused substitute in the Cobblers’ league defeat at Exeter.
Boss Keith Curle has pledged to continue handing opportunities to young players after 18-year-old Michael Harding made his senior debut at Pompey.
Northampton will be keen to bounce back after suffering a first defeat in seven league matches with that 3-2 loss against the Grecians last weekend.
Forest Green skipper Joseph Mills ought to be available to boss Mark Cooper.
The 30-year-old has sat out Rovers’ last two matches but is set to return at Sixfields.
Elliot Frear has been sidelined since the FA Cup first round clash in November but the winger is closing in on a first-team return.
Cooper may be tempted to shuffle his pack as he bids to end a winless run of four matches in all competitions.
