Lambert to return to first team regulars after FA Cup loss

Ipswich boss Paul Lambert will recall his first-team regulars for the Sky Bet League One match against Bristol Rovers.
Lambert made eight changes for the midweek FA Cup second-round replay home defeat by Coventry, which he labelled as the worst in his time at the club.
Goalkeeper Will Norris is set to come back into the side, while captain Luke Chambers is being monitored with a neck problem.
Forward Freddie Sears (ACL), Kane Vincent-Young (groin), Jack Lankester (back) and Teddy Bishop (knee) all continue their own recovery.
Bristol Rovers will have defender Rollin Menayese back from suspension after he was ruled out of the win over Southend.
Midfielder Oliver Clarke also served a ban after collecting five yellow cards, so will be available for selection again.
Pirates boss Graham Coughlan, though, must do without Abu Ogogo after the midfielder’s fifth caution in the Southend game.
Defender Josh Hare remains a out with a long-term knee injury.
