Lincoln boss Michael Appleton will be without defender Jason Shackell for the home clash with Tranmere.
The centre-back sustained a hamstring problem during the clash with Burton and is expected to be out for around four weeks. Michael Bostwick could replace Shackell against Rovers.
The Imps will once again be without midfielder Michael O’Connor for the first game to be held at the newly-named LNER Stadium due to a hamstring issue. He could return to training next week.
Bruno Andrade will not be available after suffering two separate hamstring tears during Lincoln’s FA Cup replay against Ipswich and he now faces up to 12 weeks on the sidelines.
Kane Wilson is available for Tranmere as they travel looking for a first victory in four Sky Bet League One games.
Wilson has now completed a three-match ban he received for a red card during Rovers’ win against Wycombe in their FA Cup first-round replay.
Ishmael Miller and Evan Gumbs remain long-term injury absentees.
Mark Ellis and Ollie Banks are also expected to miss out due to injury problems.
