JAMES RODRIGUEZ is set to depart Real Madrid in January, with a host of Premier League clubs interested in the midfielder, Spanish reports claim.

As a result Real chiefs looked to offload the South American with Serie A giants Napoli just failing in a bid to sign the 28-year-old.
And despite making nine appearances this term, scoring once, El Desmarque report club president Florentino Perez has told Rodriguez’s agent Jorge Mendes the player can leave.
It’s understood Real boss Zinedine Zidane favours Spaniard Isco and wants to free up space in the squad.
It means the La Liga giants are working to sell Rodriguez in the winter window.

Serie A champions Juventus have already registered an interest in the ex-Bayern loanee.
