McCarthy among returning players as Millwall face QPR

Millwall trio Jason McCarthy, Shaun Hutchinson and Luke Steele are now match fit and pushing for their first Championship starts of the season against QPR.
However, Czech Republic winger Jiri Skalak has still not recovered from a foot and heel injury and he will miss the London derby.
Matt Smith will be keen to start against his former club. The big striker spent two seasons with the Hoops before his move to The Den.
He has scored two goals in seven appearances so far this season, three of which have come from the bench.
QPR boss Mark Warburton must decide whether to change a winning team, with Angel Rangel fit again after a minor knock.
Todd Kane replaced the Spaniard in defence against Luton last weekend in the only change from the team which won at Sheffield Wednesday.
Bright Osayi-Samuel also missed the victory over the Hatters with a slight tweak but he has been training this week.
Lee Wallace did not feature against Luton but the left-back continues to push for a return to first-team action as he nears full fitness following a hip problem.
