MK Dons midfielder Ben Reeves to miss Peterborough clash through injury

MK Dons manager Paul Tisdale will be without midfielder Ben Reeves for the visit of Peterborough.

Tisdale confirmed he expected Reeves to be out for up to three weeks after taking a “very nasty kick which is proving very difficult to heal”.

Defender Jordan Moore-Taylor (knee) is stepping up his recovery, while winger Brennan Dickenson is now back in full training.

Forward Joe Mason does not require surgery on a hamstring problem, but still faces a lengthy spell of rehabilitation.

Peterborough will be without defender Nathan Thompson for the trip to Stadium MK.

The right-back continues to build up match fitness after completing a free agent move, having left Portsmouth at the end of last season.

Posh will be looking to build momentum following a 2-0 midweek win at Southend, with manager Darren Ferguson reporting no fresh injury concerns.

Midfielder Serhat Tasdemir, who had been sidelined following severe cramp, could be in contention after coming off the bench at Roots Hall.
