Joao Felix's move to Atletico Madrid is imminent

Atletico Madrid are set to complete the signing of Joao Felix from Benfica and an announcement could be made in the next few hours.
Los Rojiblancos have won the race for the coveted youngster, beating the likes of Manchester City to his signature.
MARCA first reported this transfer on May 17 and Atletico will now pay his 120 million euro release clause to bring the forward to the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.
This figure would see Felix become Atletico's record signing ahead of Thomas Lemar.
Spending so much on a 19-year-old is certainly a gamble from the board but, with Antoine Griezmann leaving the club this summer, Felix will become the team's talisman in attack.
According to Portuguese newspaper Record, Felix may already be in Madrid ahead of the imminent completion of his move.
