Juventus director meets Man Utd flop Alexis Sanchez's agent to thrash out summer move

Alexis Sanchez's agent has reportedly met with Juventus this week to try and thrash out a summer exit from Manchester United
JUVENTUS have reportedly held talks with Alexis Sanchez’s agent this week to offer the Chilean flop an escape route of Manchester United.
The forward, 30, has been a massive failure at Old Trafford since arriving in a swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Arsenal in January 2018.
Sanchez, who earns £505k-a-week, has bagged just five goals for the Red Devils and is believed to be one of the first names Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to offload this summer.
Inter Milan are keen on bringing the South American back to Italy, where he originally made his name with Udinese.
Now Calciomercato.com claim their Serie A rivals are attempting to beat them to the signing of Old Trafford’s highest-earner.
Their reports claims Juventus director Fabio Paratic met with Sanchez’s agent Fernando Felicevich over the past few days to try and thrash out a deal for the attacker.
'EUROPEAN TOUR'
It goes on to claim Felicevich is “embarking on a European Tour” in order to secure a new club for his client.
And he also plans to hold discussions with Napoli, AC Milan and Roma while in Italy.
Solskjaer is determined to rebuild his squad this summer after a miserable campaign ended in them missing out on qualification for the Champions League.
And he will let Sanchez leave in order to free up both wage and transfer budget to help with that transformation.
The only stumbling block for the ex-Barcelona man securing an exit from Manchester could be his wage demands.
He will not receive anywhere near the package he is on at the fallen Prem giants, but could receive a pay-off from United in order to soften the financial blow.
A return to Italy does certainly seem to be Sanchez’s preferred option.
He scored 21 times in 112 matches for Udinese to earn himself a move to Barca in 2011.
Sanchez is a big doubt for United’s final day game against Cardiff City tomorrow due to injury.
He was forced off with an ankle problem in last week’s dismal 1-1 draw at already-relegated Huddersfield.
And that could now prove to be the last chapter in a miserable spell at United.
