Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane insists he doesn't regret returning after their defeat at Rayo Vallecano.
Adrian Embarba scored the only goal for Rayo from a video assistant referee-awarded penalty following a Jesus Vallejo foul on Javi Guerra.
Asked if he regretted returning to Real, Zidane replied: "No, not at all, quite the opposite. I'm here and I had to experience this too, critical and difficult time, but we just can't play like that."
He also said: "We've got three games to play and we have to do more, we can't perform like this, looking at myself first. Today, I don't think we did as a team what we set out to do, we have to finish strongly in these three remaining matches out of respect for the game and the club. We'll have to play better than we did today."
