MANCHESTER CITY stars Raheem Sterling, Benjamin Mendy and Riyad Mahrez celebrated their hard-fought victory over Tottenham at a plush Italian restaurant.

Pep Guardiola's men held onto their slender 1-0 lead on Saturday to punish Spurs for causing their Champions League upset earlier this week.

The crunch win over Spurs put even more pressure on Liverpool as City have regained their one-point lead in the Premier League table with four games left to play.

Therefore Sterling, Mendy and Mahrez decided to head out and treat themselves to some finest pasta at a swanky Rosso restaurant in Manchester on Sunday.

Even though only the England international contributed to that victory, as Mendy was left out of the squad and Mahrez watched it from the bench.

The whole trio pulled off casual attires, with the Algerian winger showing off black ripped jeans and a matching, black top.

While Mendy literally shone in fluorescent Adidas tracksuit pants.

Apart from pasta dishes, City players could have enjoyed a fresh lobster roasted with chilli butter for £56.

Or, perhaps a prime 18oz beef fillet with some sauteed mushrooms to share, costing some £80m, was the more appealing option.

THE PRESSURE'S OFF

They all happily posed for pictures, seemingly putting their Champions League nightmare of this week behind them.

Spurs dumped City out of the elite competition on away goals after the 4-3 thriller at the Etihad on Wednesday.

Saturday's Premier League revenge - which, unlike a mouth-watering steak, is always best served cold - must have done the trick.

On a positive note, Guardiola's men can now solely focus on their title race.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have to shuffle the squad due to their Champions League semi-finals tie against the mighty Barcelona.

Although, their next fixture is a tricky one - City are set to lock horns with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday.
