Blackburn Rovers vs Wigan Athletic - Charlie Mulgrew ruled out against Wigan

Blackburn captain Charlie Mulgrew has been ruled out of Tuesday’s match against Wigan at Ewood Park.
The defender limped out of the 1-0 loss at Preston on Saturday having sustained a hamstring problem.
Jack Rodwell, who was not involved in that game due to a similar injury, remains sidelined, as does Darragh Lenihan (knee).
Tony Mowbray’s Rovers, 17th in the Sky Bet Championship, are looking to halt a seven-match winless run that has featured six defeats.
Wigan are set to once again be without Danny Fox.
The defender signed from Nottingham Forest in January missed Saturday’s dramatic 3-2 reverse at Reading having come off with a knee injury at Derby four days earlier.
Latics boss Paul Cook has been quoted as saying the reason he took Gavin Massey and Nick Powell off with around 15 minutes to go on Saturday was fatigue.
The result at the Madejski Stadium – where Reading’s Mo Barrow made it 2-2 in the 89th minute before Yakou Meite scored a stoppage-time winner – extended 20th-placed Wigan’s own run without victory to six games.
