Jesse Lingard Treats Kids To Free Ice Cream After Visiting Local School

In another wonderful gesture, Manchester United forward Jesse Lingard visited Saint Margaret's school in his home town of Warrington earlier.
He later took the time to treat kids to free ice cream from a van outside, and took pictures with fans as he relaxed on his day off.
Footballers get plenty of stick for their behaviour off the pitch but Lingard, who has featured heavily under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season, is a great role model for the younger generation.
Respect to the 26-year-old for this one.

This isn't the first time Lingard has proved his class off the pitch.
AFC Wimbledon fans thought they had missed out on £500 after he missed a penalty on Soocer AM but, being the lad he is, the Manchester United star reimbursed them.
After starring against Arsenal on the Friday night, Lingard was a guest on the TV show and later on in the programme, he had the chance to earn some cash for a group of fans.
All he had to do was successfully convert a penalty but he failed to score.
That didn't matter though after Lingard gave them the money from his own pocket after the show.
What a save from Hashtag Jacko! 😲

And back in 2017, the England midfielder once again stunned a bunch of youngsters when he rocked up, unannounced, in their local neighborhood.
Ahead of United's pre-season tour in America, Lingard eventually started a kickabout with the kids after they ran over to his Bentley, screaming and shouting in utter disbelief.
"Jesse Lingard is a professional football who seems to have his head on straight & hasn't forgotten what its like to be those lads." said one Twitter user.
