German giants Borussia Dortmund are also said to be interested in signing the winger in the new year.

He was previously on the books with his brother at Chelsea, but he did not make a single appearance over three years.

The Blues shipped him out on loan to Zulte Waregem before he joined Borussia Monchengladbach in 2015.

And his incredible form this season has seen his valuation rise to around ï¿¡31m.

The attacker has made six assists for Dieter Hecking's side this term, who are third in the German top flight.

But as Thorgan considers a switch to the Premier League, older brother Eden has continued to fuel speculation that he could join Real Madrid.
