Sky Bet League One bottom club Bradford are expected to have Richard O’Donnell back in goal for the home match against Walsall.
O’Donnell is likely to return to the team in place of Ben Wilson, who started the FA Cup second-round replay against Peterborough on Tuesday, which Bradford lost 3-2 on penalties after a remarkable 4-4 draw.
Midfielders Jake Reeves and Sean Scannell both continue their recovery.
Forward Tyrell Robinson remains suspended by the club.
Walsall have a doubt over captain George Dobson, with the midfielder carrying an unspecified fitness issue.
Midfielder Zeli Ismail will be monitored on his groin problem.
Forward Andy Cook, who has been ill, and defender Jack Fitzwater could both come back into contention having not been in the squad for the midweek FA Cup replay win at Sunderland.
Joe Edwards is expected to be among the substitutes again as the midfielder nears a return to full fitness following a knee problem.
