Sol Campbell has received a double injury boost ahead of his first home match in charge of Macclesfield.
Jordan Ponticelli scored an outstanding strike when featuring in a midweek Central League Cup win over Fleetwood and looks ready to make a first-team return following a metatarsal injury.
Jared Hodgkiss also played in the midweek game after missing the last three league games with a knock.
Callum Evans is also pushing for a return following an ankle problem.
Crawley’s Oliver Palmer will miss the trip to the Moss Rose as he starts a three-match ban.
Town had appealed against the straight red card Palmer was shown in the 1-0 defeat to Northampton but were unsuccessful.
Captain Jimmy Smith remains absent as he continues his recovery from a knee injury which is expected to keep him out until March.
Crawley could climb to 13th in League Two with a win over the basement boys.
