Ramos was blamed for forcing Salah out of the May clash between Real Madrid and Liverpool in Kiev after appearing to drag the attacker down to the ground.

The Reds star was forced off with the shoulder problem and his side fell to a 3-1 defeat in Ukraine.

And an unreptnant Ramos looks to have added fuel to the fire with a Twitter post today.

He put up a picture of himself with an iced up shoulder on the social media site, along with the caption ‘No days off’.

Some footy fans on Twitter loved Ramos' cheeky tweet.

"Hahahahahaha I love this man," wrote one.

"Don’t cry @MoSalah" posted another.

A third tweeted: "Salah will not like this picture".

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was furious with Ramos after the Champions League final incident.

“I’m not sure if it is an experience we will have again – go there and put an elbow to the goalkeeper, put their goalscorer down like a wrestler in midfield and then you win the game,” he said.

Ramos saw things the other way though.

He said: "I see the play well, he grabs my arm first and I fell to the other side, the injury happened to the other arm and they said that I gave him a judo hold.

"I spoke with Salah through messages, he was quite good. He could have played if he got an injection for the second half, I have done it sometimes but when Ramos does something like this, it sticks a little bit more.

"I don't know if it is because you are at Madrid for so long and win for so long that people look at it a different way."

Ramos later added: "I would have liked another reception because people only remember the action of the final, and nobody remembers the death threats that my family and my children received.

"It is a very sensitive issue that people maybe take as a joke and [that's why they] whistle in a great stadium like this. My conscience is very clear. I already explained and I do not have to give more explanations."

Salah will likely be in action on Wednesday when Liverpool head to Burnley for a midweek Premier League fixture.

The Reds are two points behind leaders Manchester City but that could increase to three or five with Pep Guardiola's side in action on Tuesday.

City head to Watford in an 8pm kick-off.

Ramos could be given the night off when Real Madrid play minnows Melilla in the Copa del Rey.
