Falkirk remain rooted to the bottom

Falkirk remained bottom of the Ladbrokes Championship table after Jordan McKee’s goal earned them a 1-1 draw at home to fellow strugglers Partick Thistle.
Thistle lost goalkeeper Cammy Bell after he was injured in the warm-up and he was replaced by Jamie Sneddon, but the visitors had the first attack when Blair Spittal fired a shot from 25 yards.
Falkirk’s Ruben Sammut had a good chance 10 minutes before the break but fired over after good work from Paul Paton.
Partick went ahead after 57 minutes when Craig Slater buried a shot into the bottom corner but two minutes later Falkirk were level through McKee and both sides had to settle for a draw.
