DAVID DE GEA will move in with his pop star girlfriend after eight years of dating.

Despite being together since 2010, the pair had lived separately with Garcia staying in Spain to work with De Gea in England.

The singer and actress revealed the decision was influenced by De Gea's proposed move from Manchester United to Real Madrid breaking down in 2015.

Garcia famously said Manchester was "uglier than the back of a fridge" in 2015.

But on her move to England, she said: "I have moved there. I will come (back to Spain) to work. In the end he could not come here (to Spain). So I'm going there, no problems."

But her decision to move to Manchester sparked rumours in Spain marriage and children could be on the cards for the couple.

Garcia was recently asked about tying the knot and told Europa Press: "Maybe, even though I am not one of those who thinks first a wedding then children, the order is not really important. The important thing is how you feel.

"If you feel more like being a mother than getting married, amazing, or if you only want to be a mother or only want to get married, great, but for the moment, not a wedding nor kids (for me)."

Garcia made her name by starring in the Spanish reality TV programme Operacion Triunfo in 2005.

She represented Spain at Eurovision in 2015 and has been a judge on Spain's Got Talent.
