Portsmouth could be without Nathan Thompson for the visit of AFC Wimbledon in the Carabao Cup.
Full-back Thompson missed Saturday’s 2-1 win at Blackpool due to a knee injury.
Boss Kenny Jackett has plenty of options if he wishes to make changes in the cup.
A strong bench at Bloomfield Road featured Brett Pitman, Christian Burgess, Danny Rose and David Wheeler, who all could be handed starts.
AFC Wimbledon will check on the fitness of Terell Thomas.
The defender is still awaiting his Dons debut following his summer switch from Wigan after suffering a dead leg in training.
Manager Neal Ardley has named an unchanged starting XI for their first two League One games and picked up four points, but he may be tempted to make changes.
Winger Andy Barcham will be heading back to his former club.
