Cartoonist Yoichi Takahashi draws a Fernando Torres portrait

The famous creator of the manga series Oliver and Benji, Yoichi Takahashi has drawn a Fernando Torres caricature, which he gifted to the player.

Torres' cultural integration in Japan is underway after the Spaniard's move to Sagan Tosu.

The 34-year-old striker posed with the portrait and posted the picture on social media, along with a message of gratitude towards Takahashi.

His new club is located in a small town in south-western Japan and has only 21 years of history, the majority of which has been in the Japanese league's second division.
