Preston will continue to monitor striker Sean Maguire ahead of the visit of Norwich.
Maguire, who is North End’s leading scorer this season, missed last weekend’s win at QPR because of a hamstring problem, so will be given a late fitness test.
Manager Alex Neil otherwise reported no fresh injury problems as he prepares to face his former club, having taken Norwich up into the Premier League via the play-offs in May 2015.
Midfielder Daniel Johnson recovered from illness to face QPR and will be hoping to retain his place.
Norwich winger Onel Hernandez has been sidelined for the past five matches by a hamstring injury, so it remains to be seen if the German will be fit enough to return.
Forward Marley Watkins is back in training following illness, so could come into contention after missing last weekend’s home defeat by Cardiff.
Midfielder Marco Stiepermann (hernia) and winger Matt Jarvis (ankle) are both stepping up their recovery.
Tom Trybull (ankle/knee) and Louis Thompson (Achilles) also continue their rehabilitation.
