Steve Bould defends ‘remarkable’ Arsene Wenger

In Arsenal’s pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday’s clash with Stoke, Bould stepped in for Wenger who had lost his voice.
Arsenal’s poor league season has led to renewed speculation over Wenger’s position at the club.
Bould has been by Wenger’s side since 2012 when he replaced Pat Rice.
And the former Gunners defender believes that although the Frenchman has had to deal with heavy criticism, he backed him to stay at the Emirates.
He said: "I admire him immensely.

He takes unbelievable stick off an awful lot of people. He is one of the great managers.
"It's a pleasure to sit next to him.
"He’s remarkable. Behind closed doors I've never met anyone who is as hungry and determined to win football games.
"It's [his hunger] as big as I've ever seen for sure."
