Rumour: Arsenal’s major Adidas deal

Arsenal offered Adidas deal

A big rumour has been posted on social media on Thursday morning from a well-informed Arsenal ITK.

According to the reports, Arsenal could be about to ditch Puma to do a deal with Adidas instead.

It's widely reported that Arsenal earn £30 million a year from Puma.

Arsenal's existing £150 million five-year deal with Puma has two seasons to run.

And, according to the latest rumours, when the Puma deal ends, Adidas are ready to step into the void to work with the Gunners.

It's believed Adidas would pay the Gunners £50 million a year.

Arsenal vs Stoke

This Sunday in the Premier League, Arsenal host Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal's hopes of securing a top four finish seem to be over. They are eight points behind Chelsea, and a whopping 13 points behind chief rivals Tottenham in fourth.

Yet they'll fancy their chances against a Stoke side in deep trouble at the wrong end of the table.

Arsenal have won their last three matches, while Stoke are on a two game losing streak.

Stoke will be without Charlie Adam, after he was sent off against Everton last time out.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is injured for Stoke for the next couple of weeks. Striker Mame Biram Diouf, however, should return for the Gunners game.
