Aubameyang - who faces Thailand with Gabon on Thursday - also underwent some compression and cold therapy on his leg to ensure he is in perfect shape physically and mentally.
NeuroTracker work with Manchester United, NBA's Golden State Warriors and the French rugby union team.
Their treatment is supposed to help players' situational awareness during a game by having them track moving targets.
The company's website claims: "NeuroTracker has been developed out of 20 years of cutting-edge neuroscience research at the Faubert Lab of the University of Montreal.
Arsenal and Gabon ace Aubameyang has also undergone cold therapy
"Scientific studies around the world show that NeuroTracker training rapidly enhances mental performance across a wide range of people."
Specific to top athletes, they go on to add: "NeuroTracker boosts the mental skills that are key in human performance.
"Science shows that superior cognitive abilities give elite athletes a competitive edge, and that NeuroTracker training can directly improve awareness and decision-making abilities in competitive performance."
Compression and cold therapy, meanwhile, is designed to aid recovery after training.
It focuses on covering all aspects of the tried and tested RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) procedure.
