There is much speculation surrounding the future of both at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has been subject of fresh interest from Manchester City recently, as well as Real Madrid.
Conte, meanwhile, is widely expected to leave the club by the end of the season.
Chelsea are determined not to sell Hazard to a Premier League rival in City, even for a world-record fee.
Real could test their resolve, though, and only a change in management seems like it could see the player stay in west London this summer.

According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Hazard and Conte are not on good terms at all.
With Real president Florentino Perez looking to lure the 27-year-old to the Bernabeu in the summer, Abramovich has a plan of his own.
In order to try and convince Hazard to stay and sign his new contract, Luis Enrique will be targeted to replace Conte.
The former Barcelona boss is out of work and available.
Should the Spaniard arrive at Chelsea, it remains to be seen if that will come too late for Hazard.
But it will be the Blues' last throw of the dice to keep the Belgium international away from Real.
