Morton put Ladbrokes Championship rivals Dunfermline out of the Scottish Cup with a 2-1 win at East End Park.
Gary Oliver and Jaio Qutiongo got the goals for the visitors with Declan McManus netting for the home side.
McManus went close after eight minutes but his curled effort to the far post was kept out by Morton keeper Derek Gaston. Oliver put the away side ahead after 24 minutes, chesting down pass from Frank Ross before shooting home from close range.
McManus pulled the Pars level after 57 minutes when he slotted to ball past Gaston from a knockdown by Nicky Clark but Gaston denied Clark just three minutes later with a fine save from his header.
James Craigen rescued Dunfermline with 14 minutes remaining when he cleared Michael Tidser’s header off the line and the the home side’s Jean Yves Mvoto header was stopped on the line at the other end.
But Morton netted the winner with four minutes to go when Quitongo curled home.
