Ronaldo Nazario: My story was very similar to Neymar's

The current ambassador of Real Madrid, Ronaldo Nazario, a player who has played in the two most successful teams in Spain, has commented on the problems that Barcelona has with some Brazilian players, noting the issue that Neymar had when leaving the blaugrana was similar to his own move away from the club.
'O Fenomeno' as he was known, departed the Catalans in acrimonious circumstances, just as countryman Neymar did last summer.
"I am much more grateful and linked to Real Madrid than to Barcelona," Ronaldo said to Brazilian media outlet Esporte Interativo.
"Although in Barcelona I had my best ever year as a footballer."
It was a year in which Ronaldo scored 41 goals in all competitions.
"The end of my story with Barcelona wasn't good," he continued.
"It was very similar to what happened with Neymar."
Romario and then Ronaldinho also found problems at the club, and Brazilian ex-international Zico thinks he knows part of the issue.
"The Brazilian players can't ever win the Ballon d'Or there," he suggested.
In spite of everything, Ronaldo did admit that Barcelona was an incredible city and football club.
