Dunfermline too strong for nine-man Falkirk

Dunfermline continued their impressive start to the season with a 3-1 win at home to nine-man Falkirk.
The Pars were two up after only 11 minutes as low finishes from Declan McManus and Joe Cardle put the unbeaten hosts in control.
Struggling Falkirk's afternoon went from bad to worse as Craig Sibbald and then Lee Miller were sent off early in the second half.
Both men received straight red cards, Sibbald for foul and abusive language in the 52nd minute and Miller for an apparent elbow on Nat Wedderburn 10 minutes later.
The visitors grabbed an unlikely lifeline through Tom Taiwo in the 83rd minute, but there was to be no comeback and Cardle grabbed his second of the game in time added on to seal the points.
