Leonardo Bonucci has only been at AC Milan for two minutes but he's already making his presence known.
No, he's not going around two footing everyone in training (yet).
Instead he's talked fellow new arrival Franck Kessie into giving up his shirt number.
Throughout Bonucci's career the Italy international has worn the number 19, as Kessie did when playing for former club Atalanta.
As Kessie arrived at Milan before Bonucci it was only right that the Ivory Coast international took the number, left vacant by M'Baye Niang.
He even wore it in two games- against Borussia Dortmund and FC Lugano.
But Bonucci's arrival posed a problem.
The 30-year-old explained, "I went on tiptoes, I talked to Kessié and we agreed. I thank him, he's a smart and sensitive lad, he's a great investment for this club.
"For me 19 is an important number, I relied on it in difficult moments in my personal life and my career, so thank you again."
To be fair, that doesn't sound like Franck had much of a say in the decision.
So what does Kessie get in return?
The lucky man gets to wear Milan's number 79 shirt, once worn by Samir Beloufa and Daniele Daino, who made a combined 23 appearances for Milan during the Noughties.
Let's hope Kessie has a bit more luck.
