Manchester City close to signing Danilo from Real Madrid

Manchester City are close to signing Real Madrid defender Danilo in a deal worth £26.5m.
Chelsea were in talks over a deal for the Brazilian defender, who was second-choice right-back at Real for much of last season, but City appear to have beaten them to the signing of the 26-year-old - less than a week after they made Kyle Walker football's most expensive defender.
Sky sources understand Pep Guardiola sees Danilo as being capable of playing a number of positions, and he is not being signed strictly to back up for Walker.
