The PSG hitman could have competition for a place up front next season as the club looks to reinforce their attack.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic's departure last summer has seen the Uruguay international take centre stage at the Parc des Princes.
And Cavani's solid form earned the 30-year-old a new contract last month.
But despite potentially losing his role as PSG's first-choice striker again this summer, Cavani is not against new arrivals.
Edinson Cavani could be joined by either Alexis Sanchez or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at PSG
Arsenal star Sanchez is being chased by the French club, who face competition from Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Manchester City for his services.
Meanwhile, Dortmund ace Aubameyang is also edging towards an exit, with PSG linked as a potential destination.
When asked avout Sanchez and Aubameyang, Cavani told Canal Football Club: "If they come, they are welcome.
"We always hope that new players complete the team with their qualities.
"As for what the club is missing, I will never tell you.
"For me, my team-mates are the best."
Sanchez has one year left on his contract with the Gunners, but no extension appears forthcoming.
As a result, alternatives are already being targeted by Arsene Wenger, who wants Alexandre Lacazette and Kylian Mbappe at Arsenal.
